The 2nd One-year Course on Earth Architecture<\/p>\n

Training course: August 5, 2021 – November 5, 2021<\/p>\n

Development of the thesis: November 22, 2021 – July 22, 2022<\/p>\n

Part of the theoretical course will be held online, and part on Thursdays and Fridays in person.<\/p>\n

The comprehensive one-year course from the Earth Architecture School aims to train specialists in designing and constructing earth structures. The course is structured to facilitate participants’ seamless engagement and work in this field after completing the program.<\/p>\n

Course classes (theoretical and practical) will span four months, providing students with comprehensive knowledge of soil construction techniques. Following this phase, students will dedicate eight months to a research-applied project under the guidance of professors.<\/p>\n

Speakers: Anna Heringer, Steperm Maini, Tia Alvin, Eduardo Ferrari, Fatemeh Omidi, Maryam Mahdieh, Marjan Khosravi, Sonia Beigi, Sajjad Ramesht, Maliheh Norouzi, Ali Salamatian, Hamidreza Malekkhani, Narges Bahari, and Soheil Shahnazari.<\/p>\n

The program includes an educational trip to Ardakan, featuring visits to restoration projects led by Berdia Haji Rasouliha and Koosha Rastak.<\/p>\n

Upon completing the course, participants will receive a certificate of participation from the Isfahan Soil Architecture Research Institute.<\/p>\n

The registration fee covers educational services throughout the four-month period and eight months of guidance in the research project. Additionally, it includes accommodation and food expenses (three meals a day) for a three-week stay in Isfahan village and two days in Ardakan. The fee also covers the preparation of all consumables during the course.<\/p>\n

Students who have previously taken courses at the Soil Architecture Research Institute are eligible for a ten percent discount on enrollment.<\/p>\n<\/div>
